Meet Nicole Chrysler, PA-C. A Physician Assistant in Family medicine for over 23 years. She started and operated her own Primary Care clinic harnessing telemedicine as an asset to her practice. Nicole has vast experience treating patients with a wide variety of ailments but prefers treating obesity and metabolic syndrome because it prevents illness and promotes wellness and quality of life in her 

Dr. Laura Purdy, celebrated as "America's Favorite Doctor," brings her extensive medical expertise and innovative vision to her role as the Medical Director for our Community Partners. Her collaboration not only offers direct access to her vast knowledge and compassionate care model but also signifies a broader partnership with SWELL Medical PC, where she serves as a pivotal leader.
